Fryman Farms was established in 1956 when a farm near Rabbit Hash, Kentucky was purchased by Hanley Fryman and wife Gladys. There they pasted their love of agriculture onto their children and grandchildren. Their son Eugene and his family are now the owner / operators of Fryman Farms. At Fryman Farms we are producing high quality angus and chiangus cattle in addition to growing a competitive club lamb operation. We pride ourselves in cattle and sheep that look great in the show ring and also perform in the pasture. Kentucky has a diverse agriculture economy and we are proud to be a part of it! We offer Kentucky Proud Show Stock to youth exhibitors. Each year we have club lambs and club calves compete across the state of Kentucky and do very well for the families showing them. We love helping youth and are proud supporters of Kentucky 4H and FFA as well at the Kentucky Proud livestock program.
We offer fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries available at the farm thru our pick our own program. Honey bees do the work to ensure a good berry crop and we enjoy the fruits of there labor when we harvest honey in early summer. Trying to serve more people in the community and promote buying local and farm fresh products starting in 2013 we will offer custom freezers meats including beef, lamb and poultry. Farm fresh eggs are also available. These products will be raised right here on the farm in Northern Kentucky and will be sold thru custom orders.
Although a very different farm then when we began, one thing still remains the same from the establishment of this farm….We take Pride in what we produce and are excited to share it with others. We invite you to take a look around and see what we have to offer. Please let us know if you have any questions or would like further information.
Visitors always welcome. We are located approximately 30 minutes south of Cincinnati, OH in Northern Kentucky. For many on you who are familiar with the area, we are very close to Rabbit Hash, a historic river town located on the Ohio River.
